Pulled out External dependencies as its own item in the Characteristics section. Reformatted Content problems section to highlight Remedies. Made minor additions to the Visual effects and Missing column headers items in the Content problems section. Added OpenRefine to Software for viewing or analyzing data section and expanded Excel Archival Tool description. Added appendix with instructions for exporting macros. Minor updates to formatting, such as adding direct links out to sources referenced in Background.
