[DI] Use column number from source maps

What does this PR do?

Use the columnNumber information from the source maps when setting the breakpoint.

Motivation

If the original source code is minified, all code in the file will be on one line. This means that the breakpoint needs to be added on specific column and that we can't just rely on column 0 to always snap to the right place.

This isn't normally an issue with TypeScript source maps, as TypeScript will not minify the resulting JavaScript file. But if using minifiers like ugligy-js or similar, this becomes a problem.
