What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
This PR documents two new enhanced metrics for AWS Step Functions state-level monitoring:
aws.states.enhanced.state.succeeded: Count of the number of times a state has succeededaws.states.enhanced.state.failed: Count of the number of times a state has failedThese metrics were added in the backend to provide better visibility into individual state execution outcomes within Step Functions workflows.
