Drop openstacksdk dependency

What does this PR do?

Removes the openstacksdk dependency. This is only used when using the openstack_config_file_path option, which is not the recommended way to configure the integration and not many customers are using it. This will be a breaking change- if using the openstack_config_file_path, you will need to manually install the openstacksdk dependency.

Motivation
