  1. Skip conventional sqlite:// URLs from safeguards 

    Update Safeguard::RemoteDatabaseUrl to skip URLs like "sqlite://path/to/file.sqlite”, which is now the conventional format for URLs to SQLite databases when using libraries like Sequel.
