A software to convert quotes to smart quotes in a Melodie songs database.
Sometimes, “smart quotes” are preferable to "dumb quotes." In this case, songs in a given database contained a mix of “smart quotes” and "dumb quotes." This software was created in order to provide aesthetic and consistency to the song lyrics.

- You may recieve warnings that the file may be dangerous. Select "Keep" or dismiss warnings. Do not Discard.
- Extract the contents of the zip file into another folder.
- Navigate to that folder.
- You may recieve a prompt asking you if you want to install the latest version of Java. Click "cancel", then download from this link : https://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp . For Windows, select Windows Offline Version (not 64-bit).
- Open QuotationFixer.exe after downloading. Windows SmartDefender may prevent you from running the file. Click "More Info" and "Run Anyway"
- Select a database to parse.
- Click Start to begin process. A backup file with a timestamp in the name will be created in the same directory as the original file.
