Make dh_golang and dh-make-golang easier to discover by people eading man pages about Go packaging in Debian.

This has been open for 3+ weeks without any comments, so I assume nobody cares either way the man page is polished. As I did a similar fix in https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages/dh-golang/-/commit/02586957d9b7478b784cf1a97c451d2801bfd444 and it was approved, I am proceeding to merge this now. |
