Expanded Car Options
All car trunks are 3 times bigger. The following table shows all the types.

New option is available for performing car maintenance. This process will restore some condition for all parts currently installed. The real amount is decided by the following formula: ZombRand(0, 10) * 0.2 + MetalWelding * 0.2 + Electricity * 0.1 + Mechanics * 0.4. Player also gains XP into all three skills.
Car maintenance is performed when sitting inside car. Player also needs a tool box 
(assembled by putting various Vanilla PZ into Storage Box) and some spare parts 
(assembled by putting various Vanilla and LTS materials into the same box).
Using the same items as above, player can also remove rust from a car.
