add MARS perps counter party vault

Added the Perps Counter Party Vault, a vault users fund with USDC with a lockup period of 10 days.
These funds should be counted towards the protocol's total TVL.

The Counter Party Vault is currently funded with 500,000 USDC. So, the TVL should be 500k higher than the current implementation.

The app blocks the usage of VPNs (maybe that's why you can't access it).
Perps is launching today in about 2.5 hours.
However, the perps contracts are deployed, and the Perps platform will be part of the app.
So, I would disagree with creating a new listing as it is part of the Mars Protocol's feature set.
The Perps part of the app uses the deposits of users cross-collateralized, which is a pretty unique mechanic, but that's why I'd argue it's part of the protocols TVL.

Ah ok, that makes sense then.
I'll add the Cumulative 24h Trading Volume endpoint to the adapter then as well.
