Submarine station day one patch note (#762)

* day 1 patch, yeepee

* fixes, cargo shuttle can dock now, hoepfully, fixed some escape shuttle accesses, cloning computer board.

* better chapel

* wawa mapped pride vend in chapel by accident, station already has one, whoops

* escape pods are all now AA, should be last commit for this patch.
