This release adds:

• Administration module. Allowing only certain users to ADD, EDIT, DELETE laws.
• Application header upgrade: code refactor so app is faster, single page, and header component is uncoupled from the main layout.

Also, this includes (configurable) beta integration with the NetID module. This integration should not be treated as final since there are still known bugs and fixes to be made.
