This PR cleans up the integration
pipeline.ymlfile by removing most of the commented lines and introducing a clear structure with headings that match the structure in the parameter explanation file. I also made some adjustments to the parameter documentation itself whenever I found typos, formatting issues or missing/unclear parameter explanations.
