Project Boards

• Each project board should have the Big User Stories that we focused on during that snapshot as a note in the first column
• Then project boards are divided into appropriate columns TODO, In Progress, and Done with a few others as deemed necessary.

Issues

• Issues are now sorted by snapshot, so all new issues should be created in the most recent snapshot
• And all issues must have:
• -description
• -milestone
• -label
• -project

Snapshot 1 was subdivided into the following milestones:

• Sprint-0
• Sprint-1
• Sprint-2
• Sprint-3

Snapshot 2 was subdivided into the following milestones:

• Sprint-4
• Sprint-5
