Ensure this app is focused on by clicking on its task bar icon.

You may now reposition the overlay by clicking and dragging it.

You may also resize the overlay by clicking and dragging the bottom right corner of the overlay.

To customize the overlay's color and other settings, right click it while the app is focused on and select "Settings" from the context menu.

Click anywhere outside the overlay to take focus off of it and then be able to click through it later without issues.

To exit this app, either close it from the taskbar, or right click it while it is in focus and select "Exit" from the context menu.
