Taxon Names Resolver is a python package for the automatic resolution of taxonomic names against the Global Names Resolver. It is designed to run for large lists of taxonomic names with little human input. In addition to resolving names, it has taxonomic tools for working with the resolution results, e.g. generating Newick trees from the taxonomic lineages. See the pages below for more details.
