The Scripts involved processing the DoToX Tomographic data, 2012-2018
This set of scripts took the x-ray videos of the test channel and turns it into liquid film thickness quantifications.
one intermediate step was done by Prof. Prasser and is not cointained in this repo, that is the high precision centering and matching of the tomograms.
Some libs like the Astra Toolbx & cuda libs are not contained in this repo.
