Strait debuff. Adrenal seems to me a little but overpowered, redirecting stamina meta towards more skill issue.

Strait adrenal debuff. Adrenal seems to me a little bit overpowered, redirecting stamina meta towards more skill issue.
FRAME is kinda useless. For 5 (just why so many) opened uplinks you should pay kinda 1/5 of your total TK. It`s kinda unfair. Never seen it used, maybe now it would be usefull.
