Add CSS to Menu and MenuBar. Unfortunately doesn't include MenuItem. I've used DemoGrids to prove it works, but will revert that before merging.

For reference, the code now removed was:

  'F1.MB.File'eWC'Menu' '&File'('CSS' 'font-size: 26px')
  'F1.MB.Col'eWC'Menu' '&Colours'('CSS' 'font-size: 26px')

In DemoGrids.
