Bumps [ws](https://github.com/websockets/ws) to 8.17.1 and updates
ancestor dependency
[@umbrelladocs/linkspector](https://github.com/UmbrellaDocs/linkspector).
These dependencies need to be updated together.

href="https://redirect.github.com/websockets/ws/issues/2230">websockets/ws#2230</a>.</p>
<p>In vulnerable versions of ws, the issue can be mitigated in the
following ways:</p>
