Explicit URL to EGI IM Dashboard

Summary

In IM Dashboard (index) doc page, the reference to IM Dashboard is done through a hidden, under-the-text link (i.e, IM Dashboard). For accessibility reasons and better communication, important links should be explicit. This is what this PR does: explicit IM Dashboard address (https://im.egi.eu)
