Construit v2.4.0

Reinstated Peer-2-peer collaboration and improvements to mobile device version of the site. The original buttons for new project and opening a file have also been restored. Environment version and capability checks are now performed when opening a construal, with an automatic redirect in some cases (webgl).

Update to dependency map to use new library and show more information about observables.

Known problems:
P2P collaboration with script edit capture can be buggy.
