This PCB is a supposed to become a Christmas card from E-sectionens Teletekniska Avdelning (ETA). It is a 2,4 GHz antenna in the shape of a Christmas tree. According to the Wifi strength the card is exposed to, different LED's should light up, so it is basically a fancy bar graph.
