AquaQAPP is a web-based application that generates tailored Sampling and Analysis Plans (SAP) for water quality monitoring projects. It is designed to support citizen monitoring groups in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts by helping to improve the quality of citizen-generated water quality monitoring data. AquaQAPP was created by the Massachusetts Bays National Estuary Program in collaboration with Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
