Add cheatsheets that is available on Notion published pages

As i don't use Notion, I'm not sure what the site is like. Would welcome comments from users.
For reference, we generally don't allow google docs (we've made only one exception) or file sharing sites.
We won't list reddit or other social media pages.

We do allow github and gitlab pages. We link to Internet archive.
Differences: the provenance of github pages is clear, github has clear policies on copyright issues.
It's not clear who is responsible for this notion page.
Maintenance is a huge issue for us. We can't list resources unless we think they are likely to be around in 5 years.
