Added 3 cheat Sheets for Notion all as html links. The official website link may require sign up (which is free)

Why is this valuable (or not)?

It covers all important documentations related and are recent working links . Sure to come in handy if someone wants to revise notion quickly.

How do we know it's really free?

These are free websites, and no additional subscription or cost is involved.

For book lists, is it a book? For course lists, is it a course? etc.

In my opinion, this does not fit in this repo. Notion is a note taking program and doesn't have any direct connection to programming. We have a section "IDE and editors" but I don't think this would even fit there.
