Work toward an initial release of the Nutrient Simulation Module (NSM) that includes all water column processes (but excludes fluxes from sediments), and also has been:

• Tested for accuracy vs results from RAS-1D.
• Has a good pytest coverage for functions.
• Demonstrated to produce reasonable results and mass balance for the Sumwere creek test case.
