Introducing support for Docker Enterprise Edition

Features

  1. Added Docker Enterprise Edition features.
    a. UCP setup
    b. DTR setip
    c. DTR replica setup
    d. UCP/DTR auto-backup

Known issues

  1. UCP/DTR are configured by ip and not from domain name that can lead to single point of failure. Working with Docker support to fix this.

Noteworthy changes from 0.9.0

Features

  1. Added auto-scaler module for scaling up/down of service based on cpu/memory metrics. [Experimental] (more)
