Datapack example and tools
This is release conatains only some useful scripts to make the color animation, and the example datapack.
To use the tools, install python, and move them to the color_animations folder of the datapack. The "manual" one will require you to insert every color one by one, while the "color_animation_maker.py" will take a list as input, with one color per row/line

- Now using Cardinal Componets API to store the color information as NBT
- Overhauld the API, to make it better and cleaner, as a result it breaks with older versions
- Added support for custom color animations using datapacks!
- Added support for permissions to execute the commands!
- Changed the chat messages, and the mod prefix!
API changes are detailed in the javadoc. The TL;DR is: to set a color use #setColor() for entities & entity type, get it using the get counterpart.
Select the +nocca file if you already use CardinalComponetsAPI in your mod/modpack! (The required modules are: base, entity, scoreboard)

Added a gamerule to enable/disable the overriding of the color of the teams. (Minecraft colors entities based on their team color, this mod can override it, by default it does not)
