ensembl-taxonomy

This repository contains code for dealing with the NCBI Taxonomy database.

The main API entry point is Bio::EnsEMBL::Taxonomy::DBSQL::TaxonomyNodeAdaptor which returns instances of Bio::EnsEMBL::Taxonomy::TaxonomyNode.
