This is a bug release, and is backwards compatible with 0.0.4 database schema.

0.0.4 had a problem with shipping sources. A wheel, was also released. Plus, a method in SymbolManager was added to access tag counts.

This release was fairly rushed, but contains quite a bit of usefulness and a schema approaching production ready. Still lots of low hanging fruit to improve, mainly surrounding index implementation, validity, munging and reporting.
