ProPASS daily validity/exclusion criteria

This criteria is used to automatically exclude days from the final table ProPASS_WideFormat_MasterFile.csv and also defines the "DAY_QC" column of ActiPASS_Daily_LongFormat_MasterFile.csv. The exclusion criteria is as below:

  1. Days with less than 20 hours of wear time
  2. Days with less than 30 seconds of walking AND more than 30 minutes of "Other" activities. This condition usually means there is an undetected orientation problem or an extreme individual calibration (reference position) problem for such days.
  3. Days from a measurement with "Sensor errors" found in automatic device calibration
  4. Two or more consecutive days without a sleep-interval
  5. The whole day is flagged as sleep-interval (no awake time)
