A Hollow Knight mod that lets you customize the strength of Charm effects.
Mulhima helped significantly with the menus.
Most changes take place immediately, some require sitting at a Bench and then equipping or unequipping any Charm, and Dreamshield rotation speeds require Focusing.
If Notch costs or Notches filled or some other setting seems messed up, remove all Charms and then hit reset defaults.
