About this module:

This module was created for the Zagora Remote Sensing Project, based at UNSW and Sydney University, Sydney, Australia. The module has been designed to record the workflow of archaeological remote sensing in the environs of ancient Zagora on Andros, Greece.

Authorship:

This module was co-developed by Adela Sobotkova at UNSW (at that time) and Brian Ballsun-Stanton at the FAIMS Project, UNSW (at that time).

Funding:

Development of this module was funded by the National eResearch Collaboration Tools and Resources, RT043, Federated Archaeological Information Management Project: initial scoping and development.

September 2013

FAIMS v1.0 (Android 3+)

This module is licensed under an international Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 Licence (CC BY 4.0).

The module can be downloaded from this GitHub repository.

This module contains the following FAIMS features:

  • validated fields with user observations
  • controlled vocabularies
  • coordinates from internal GPS

This module can be used with no or minor modification for:

  • Remote sensing of archaeological features
