Overlay Timeout Display

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some of our venues, especially our state championship, have great video capability with cameras. During a timeout, it would be great to show a video feed from the Arena rather than just a still slide and logo, but we still need the remaining time in the running timeout visible.

Describe the solution you'd like
See the left half of this example from FRC, a specific overlay for just timeouts:

• Related, would be nice to have the the timer visible in the Overlay Match Preview, like it is in the fullscreen, if there's a spot to jam it in there somewhere 😊

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Just showing the full screen timer :(
• Modifying our video setup to have the full screen timer visible elsewhere
• Cropping the display in our video stack outside of FTCLive

We were lucky that we had a video operator who figured out how to crop it out and place it as an overlay in OBS. We may not be so lucky in future ones. The suggestion above would eliminate any special video setup.
