Quick Access Utility 0.0.1-alpha1

Pre-Release 0.0.1-alpha1

• This is the first pre-release of the Quick Access Utility plug-in.
• Has been tested, and seem stable on Windows. Linux and MacOS are untested.
• One known issue is occasional crash when changing scene collections.
• Huge thanks to @exeldro for all of the help getting this off the ground.
