Modules are cool

Allows for modules to be created, modules are just other smaller applications which classes are loaded into the commander where they can be ran and if wanted also replaced with more up-to-date ones. This allows a much more flexible update process, instead of restarting the whole bot to update a command string, we just update the commands module.
