Add logging

• On error a .log file will be written. It can be found on the location of the .exe file

New templates

• New weather templates
• settings.json path now based on the executable directory

Add random date and time

• improved template settings
• added time areas in the settings containg different weather templates and mission start times

Add templates; fix zip format

• Add all default weather templates from editor
• Fix Zip format. Old zipping breaks the mission
