THis makes teh arena significantly larger not much else to say
This update to the dungeon adds a new set of CBRN armor whose stats are 55 55 55 75 and immunity to everything else along with buffing the two weapons that were there and buffing the armor and generally making it worthwhile and for the deathclaw dungeon those were meant to be vault equipment spawns in the first place

make the behemoth stop the gibbing since it gives a runtime at roundstart and it ends the round for people without being able to be matrixed please |

The changes to the deathclaw cave make this PR an issue, the already-absurd loot pool having even more for low effort is bad. |

This PR needs to be merged in the near future it’s getting kind of stale and I won’t be able to update it for a while. |

adds behemoth dungeon
Why It's Good For The Game
This PR adds a new behemoth dungeon and also fixes the stealthboy stealing the code from the furry place to make it usable and not super overpowered. This is the second PR because we fucked up the last one this one is the exact same with extremely minor changes such as a few tier 1 spawns and a few scrap locations. along with a few vendors.

Added behemoth dungeon with CIA/stealth related gear including a now nerfed stealth boy which is viable and functioning and stolen from furry server, slightly buffs deathclaw dungeon by removing the new obsolete combat armor spawns and replacing them with vault medical spawns and a T5 armor spawn.
