About The Pull Request

Comments out all of the mutation toxins except for stable mutation toxin (the one that turns people into humans) since I thought that one could be used for RP to cure ghouls/mutants.

  • Changes the mulligan toxin recipe to use stable mutation toxin instead of slime mutation toxin
