add: Added tamed radroaches, tamed centaurs, legion hounds, ncr guard dogs, ncr attack dogs, legion stalkers, tamed radroaches, and "broodmother" mobs for all of them, also added a dog pen for factions that didn't have em.
tweak: tweaked how beastmaster taming works.
