Comments out the old "Thick Skin" trait, adds the Wire Monkey trait for balance.
More fun ways to step into glass and barbed wire.
An attempt to add it as simply as possible.
Minor edits to reduce the dependency on two specific stats, may adjust further as needed.

About The Pull Request
Reins in the two main combat stats from the SPECIAL system, numbers may be adjusted later.
More will likely be done later, as more recoil patterns are looked into.
EDIT: Added 7.62 ammo as an upgrade to .308 for more cost w/ added recoil.
Also fixed the desert ranger armor.
