About The Pull Request
Some codemonkey removed all the tribal recipes from the entire game, so I restored them, and added the Far-Lands tribal quirk to unlock all the old tribal recipes.
I also brought back the old arrows from pre-rebase, since CB arrows are actual dookie dogshit. Arrows should be competitive with mid-to-high tier rifles now with the right skills.
