The aim of this project is to discuss how brain connectivity is influenced by different diseases. Graph analysis is used to report features that can underline the impact of the disease on the whole brain network. The focus is on neuropsychiatric disorders such as bipolar disorder, ADHD, and schizophrenia.

How to run the code

Open LFN_Project.ipynb in Colab and execute.

For motif discover it takes some minutes to install the "graph-tools" library.

The code imports .pkl files that contains all the the graphs that have been converted from the FMRI. Precisely there are 20 graphs for each disease (ADHD, Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Control). Graphs can be computed from scratch using the fmri by yourself in the section "MRI to Graph" of Jupiter notebook LFN_Project.ipynb
