First official release

This is the first official release via GitHub. Over the first 17 years of the website, there have been many updates, svn tags, and a few svn branches, but we have never released on GitHub before.

Looking into the svn history, I see 5 tags with r or release in the name.

Previously, the website has always been updated via: cvs up, svn up, or git pull.

With this release, I'll start creating a package: freshports-www
