This tasks adds a few features to handle gasless transactions in the Fuel Wallet.
We can set skipCustomFee = true, and this will consider that the fees were paid by a paymaster, hiding the custom fees UI elements and skipping the simulateTransaction logic.
This also runs the onBeforeSend tx modifications hook.
