Add docs for ABI Backtracing

Description

This PR:

• extends the docs on Irrecoverable Errors by explaining the ABI Backtracing.
• adds docs for the #[trace] attribute.
• adds docs for the backtrace build option.

It is the final step in implementing the #7276.
