Simple export

Produces values at times tⁿ_e = t⁰_e + n dt_e

Simple import

Consumes values at times tⁿ_i = t⁰_i + n dt_i

Constraint for coupling simple import to simple export:

Each import time must correspond to an export time. This implies a relationship both between the offsets as well as the time steps

1. dt_i = $\kappa$ dt_e where $\kappa$ is an integer
2. (t⁰_i - dt⁰_e) = $\kappa$ dt_e where $\kappa$ is an integer
