<h1 id="2-正文翻译"><a href="#2-正文翻译" class="headerlink" title="2 正文翻译"></a>2 正文翻译</h1><p>截止至北京时间2020年1月25日，中国报告确诊2019新型冠状病毒（2019-nCoV）感染确诊病例1409人，疑似病例2032人，死亡病例42人，大部分病例来自湖北省武汉市。几乎所有省份都确诊了来自武汉的输入性病例，同时一些省份还报告了部分二次传播的病例。由于中国正处于长达40天的春节长假期间（从2020年1月10日到2月18日），国内迁徙旅游人数激增——这是世界上规模最大的年度人类迁徙，包括数亿人在整个国家范围内的迁徙，这可能加剧了病毒的传播。</p>
<p>本文使用消除了个人隐私信息并聚合过的2013到2015年人口流动数据，该数据来自百度基于位置信息的服务（LBS服务）数据，以及从国际航空运输组织（IATA）获得的2018年国际航空出行数据来探究从武汉到中国其他城市的迁徙者的流动模式，并分析在春运迁徙期间的2019-nCoV病毒在整个中国以及中国之外传播的风险。</p>
<p>本文使用2013到2015的LBS数据发现大规模的迁徙者在春节前倾向于从武汉前往相邻城市或者其他中国大城市（图1到图3以及表1到表3）。输入性病例的数量与在春节前两周内来自武汉的输入风险具有高度相关性（图4）。此外，大部分外地的输入性病例在疾病暴发初期都出现了病征。尽管从2020年1月23日起，湖北省武汉市和其他一些城市已经实施了封城，但是这已经是在从武汉返乡的春运高峰期后期（图1）。如果在接收了大量武汉迁徙者的省份和城市（如北京，上海和广州）发生二次暴发，这些二次暴发很可能会在7天的全国春节假期结束后通过人口流动进一步传播到中国其他与这些城市有高度联系的城市（图5到图7）。此外，基于航空出行的历史数据，中国高风险城市与其他国家的连接性被定义为春节假期前后的三个月（表4和表5）。本文一开始关注的是非洲的一些特定目的地城市，因为这些区域疫情监测和卫生系统都很薄弱（表6到表7以及图8到图9）。但是后续会将类似的风险评估扩展到世界的其他区域。</p>
