Check RGI11

Hi,

Some documentation has been added to docs. All RGI11 region has been computed. Short report also in the docs.
Waiting to close #5 issue to release this version. some bug has been fixed as well and the code is slightly cleaner.

Hi,

This version has been validated computing the centerlines for Baltoro glacier. README and docs updated. Test data has been added if it is wanted to be reproduced (/test_data). Still a bit ugly code, it will be cleaned after #5 is done.
