This updates a lot of the transitive dependencies (dependencies of our direct dependencies), and fixes a couple versions that needed to be fixed in some package.json files. It also changes the formatting of a few lines because the formatter dependencies got upgraded. The bulk of the changes are in yarn.lock, though.
